Founded on values
Chris French founded Solico in 2022 to provide a different approach to engaging with community, via closer collaboration and meaningful connections with a focus on health inequalities.
Run on professionalism
A former PwC project manager, Chris brings extensive experience in health consultancy and community engagement and has led various strategic health consultancy projects and programmes, including Health Foundry and Lambeth Together Local Care Partnership.

Chris is passionate about people, places and their intersections especially within the field of public health and health inequalities.
A Lambeth resident, he is the founder of an LGBTQ+ charity in the borough and has worked in health policy and strategy for 15+ years.

Abhishek Mohanty
Specialist Consultant
Abhishek is a PhD researcher at SOAS and has a multidisciplinary background in business management, industry, entrepreneurship, and design research with a focus on health tech.
Adeptness in facilitating design thinking workshops and hackathon-style events, ensures an innovative approach to combining social anthropology in human centred thinking.

Claire Harkin
Operations Lead
Claire is an accomplished operation professional with, her most recent role being the Operations Manager at the Health and Care Professions Council regulatory body.
After being made redundant, Claire joined Chris to provide the operational oversight to Solico’s projects.
